PDF IBPS and SBI Document Sizes: Photo, Signature, Thumb and Handwritten Declaration
Bank exam forms usually ask for four uploads: a photo, a signature, a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration. Each has its own pixel size and KB limit. Here is what they commonly look like and how to prepare each one.

Step by step
- Open the Exam photo resizer.
- In the preset list, go to Bank exams (IBPS / SBI / RBI) and pick the document you are preparing.
- Add the image and tap Process images. Check that the size shows a green tick.
- Download it, then repeat for the next document with its own preset.
How to prepare each document
Left thumb impression
Use blue or black ink on white paper. Press your left thumb firmly once, without smudging, then photograph it in good light. If you do not have a left thumb, follow the alternative given in the notification.
Handwritten declaration
Write the declaration text given in the notification in English, in your own handwriting, on white paper with black ink. Do not type it and do not write it in capital letters unless the notice says so. Photograph the page straight from above so the lines are not tilted.
Signature
Sign in your normal running hand, not in capital letters. The Signature maker can clean up shadows before you resize.

Can I scan all four documents in one photo and cut them later?
Yes. Take one clear photo, then use the Image editor to crop each part and save them separately before resizing.
Which format should I upload?
Bank exam forms usually ask for JPG or JPEG. The resizer saves in JPG when you use an exam preset.
My declaration looks blurry after resizing. What can I do?
Start from a sharper photo taken in daylight, and use the highest quality that still fits inside 100 KB.
